Jeff Strand

Project Controls Manager

Jeff is responsible for developing, managing, and operating the project controls system for Greenfield Multistate Trust sites. Previously a project controls manager with CH2M HILL, Jeff managed schedules and cost-control activities for its environmental business. Jeff founded MB2 Services, which specializes in developing and managing business systems and controls designed to support financial and risk-based evaluations for portfolios of contaminated sites. Jeff earned his BS in construction management from Colorado State University.
