Program Director

Theo oversees work at Multistate Trust federal Sites, such as Jacksonville, Navassa, and Columbus. He brings more than 25 years of management experience from Jacobs Engineering, where his accomplishments include directing a Remedial Action Contract program with over 60 active Superfund site projects for EPA Region 5 and managing contaminated soil removal from properties in the historically underserved community of East Chicago. Theo earned his BA in biology from Colby College and MS in geological sciences from the University of Oregon.
